To streamline our communication and avoid potential misunderstandings, we kindly request that you review the following guidelines before submitting your project details:
Submit your project requirements through Telegram or our website.
We review your requirements, clarify any questions, and provide an estimated cost and timeline.
Once you approve the proposal and pay a minimum 60% deposit, development begins.
Once development is complete, you will receive access to a test version along with general instructions on how to use the code.
You will have up to 7 days to test the code, review its performance, and provide your feedback.
We provide coding services based on your specifications and do not modify or take responsibility for your trading idea or strategy. Any suggestions we may provide during the initial project discussion are offered solely from a programming perspective and should not be considered trading advice.
We do not modify or debug code written by third parties or AI tools. The exception is publicly published TradingView code, which can be reviewed and modified.
Your ideas and strategies are treated as confidential. We do not use the results of your ideas in other projects or provide other clients with your strategy or trading robot.
The final code is custom-made for your use. Please do not share or distribute it to others, including other developers.
Upon completion, you will receive the source code for TradingView projects and the executable files for MetaTrader projects. If you require the source code of a MetaTrader project, please let us know at the beginning of the project.
Trial access is not available for outcome-based projects, such as trading strategies. For other projects, a test version may be provided before final delivery so you can review and test the code.
Project delivery marks the completion of the project. Any subsequent modifications, updates, or additional features will be treated as a separate request and may incur additional costs.
Any changes, limitations, or updates introduced by TradingView, MetaTrader, or other third-party platforms are beyond our control and responsibility.
We do not guarantee the profitability or performance of any trading strategy. Indicators and tools delivered at the end of a project are intended for backtesting and evaluation on demo accounts. You are solely responsible for using them on live accounts. Please thoroughly test the tools on a demo account before using them with real funds.
Please complete testing and provide your feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Significant delays in testing or requests for changes after a long period may affect the cost and timeline of subsequent updates.
Please provide clear and detailed project requirements before development begins. The more specific your requirements are, the smoother and more efficient the development process will be.
Please include all expected features and functionality in your initial project description, such as alerts, multiple symbols or timeframes, backtesting capabilities, and chart visualization. Changes or additional requirements during development may require additional time and costs.
Whenever possible, please provide your project requirements in a single document (PDF, video, image, or text file). Avoid sending requirements across multiple separate messages or voice notes, as this may lead to misunderstandings and delays.
